Return & Refund Policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return by contacting us at thetrovenails@gmail.com
If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, please contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and take appropriate steps to make it right.
Regrettably, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. For exchanges, the quickest method is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
In the European Union, there is a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel or return your order without providing a reason. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags—and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
